(1) Language（言語条項）

This Agreement may be translated into any language other than English; provided, however, that the English text shall prevail in any event.

本契約は、英語以外の言語に翻訳される場合がある。しかし、いかなる場合でも英語版が優先されるものとする。

日本語訳条文：どのような場合でも英語版が優先されるものとする。

(2) Controlling Text（支配言語）
Article __ Controlling Text
The governing language of this Agreement shall be English. If a translation hereof is made for reference purposes, only the English original shall have the effect of a contract and such translation shall have no effect.
第 __ 条（支配言語）
本契約は英語を正文とするものとする。本契約につき参考のために翻訳が作成される場合においても、英語の正文のみが契約としての効力を有するものとし、翻訳は何の効力も有しないものとする。

日本語訳条文：英語の正文のみが契約の効力を持つものとする。

本契約は、英文と日本語翻訳で締結されるものとする。英文と日本文の間に何らかの疑義、論争を生じた場合は、英語の文章が優先されるものとする。
